Support Groups

We all need a little help from time to time. Recognizing this, the HUB offers several groups to address the many different family structures and situations that exist today.

Whether you are in need of a little parent-to-parent coffee chat time while your child plays in the next room with our experienced child care providers, or you are a teenager who has just had a baby, all parents need a break to connect with other parents.

Our groups are facilitated by an experienced parent and family educator and offer a positive and confidential opportunity for moms and dads to connect with other parents who may be experiencing the same types of challenges. Many of these programs meet weekly, offer childcare and are only $5 per week.
