Home Visiting Programs

Becoming a parent is the biggest decision a person will ever make. When life has thrown a person challenges prior to a new baby's arrival, or if new problems have presented themselves that seem overwhelming to a growing family, the HUB offers home visiting services with experienced family educators.

These educators assist overwhelmed families through weekly visits by teaching them tools to empower themselves. They learn how to access other programs and services that can help them to improve their family or home situation.

Healthy Beginnings

Healthy Beginnings Home Visiting program offers pregnant women and new mothers and fathers an opportunity to have regular home visits with an experienced parent educator to help find answers to the many questions and give support as a new baby is brought into the world.
